OK - you're getting somewhere though. Go through the tutorial again and check your set up - which isn't right yet. Check that there are .htaccess files in these three places:

• cakephp
• cakephp/app
• cakephp/app/webroot

They are often missing as they are treated as hidden files and therefore not copied when installing.
