Hi PMR,

are you going to use this system as a production environment or just as a development? if for development, I would say go and grab a copy of XAMPP and you are up and running in less than 5 min under any windows version. otherwise (in case of a production system) I would advice you to forget installing the system yourself if you don't have enough knowledge.
