Cake can't load anything in webroot dir

i'm vietnamese

my english is very bad,sorry every1 about this

i'm building a website with cakephp2

in localhost,it worked,but i upload to hosting,

website can't load  anything(CSS,JS,img,etc) on webroot dir,

can somebody help me?
