It is failing on the create call:

$this->loadModel('Delemail');
$de_data = array(
   'Delemail' => array(
    'username' => $username,
    'email' => $email,
    'blacklisted' => false
   )
);
if (!$this->Delemail->create())
  die(debug($this->Delemail->validationErrors)); // <- line 541

results in the following:

\myapp\Controller\UsersController.php (line 541)

array()
