RE: Plus sign (+) in url parameter

That's exactly what's supposed to happen. You should be escaping the plus sign (i.e., %2B).

Subject: Plus sign (+) in url parameter

Hi

I'm working in project that requires that a URL parameter containing a plus sign (+) to be passed as an argument to the action. The problem is that the + is replaced by a space. The question is: CakePHP is designed to work like that or might be a bug?

Additional Information:

CakePHP Version: 2.5.1

Default routing for the controller

The argument is an email like name+something@example.com

Thanks.
