Extra data as a personal gift on subdomain instalation

I copied my app to a subdomain on a server and expected a basic data output like

users(array)
        0(array)
            id          1
            name        John
            email       john@email.com
        1(array)
            id          2
            name        Steve
            email       steve@email.com

but the array comes with a gift:

users(array)
        0(array)
            0(array)
                id          1
                name        John
                email       john@email.com
        1(array)
            0(array)
                id          2
                name        Steve
                email       steve@email.com


ending in lots of undefined index messages.

Any hints where to look for to correct this?
