Unable to delete first record using postLink()

Hello, I am new to cakephp..

I have used postLink() to delete the records. On a page, I am unable to delete first record using postLink(). I have used postLink() after $this->Form->create.

$this->Form->postLink($image1, array(

'action' => 'delete',

$item[$modelClass]['id'],

), array('escape' => false), __('Are you sure?'));

</code>

Can anybody help me?
