Hi I just started to learn CakePHP and I use the most recent version of WAMP (2.2) and the latest version of CakePHP I could find. When I go on the index file provided with the ZIP for CakePHP I get TONS of strict errors.

Strict standards: Redefining already defined constructor for class Object in C:\wamp\www\cake\libs\object.php on line 69
Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\cake\libs\object.php on line 94
Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\cake\libs\security.php on line 48

Just to put 3 of them. I couldn't count them all. So I wonder...is xdebug crazy or CakePHP simply wrong?

From the path alone - that isn't the latest version of CakePHP - it's at most 1.3
