vendor/bin is missing

Hi,

I saw a few examples for phpunit and Code Sniffer and both runs like /vendor/bin/xyz

I installed cakePHP and all other packages via composer, but I do not have /vendor/bin folder. These files are in /bin for me.

Any guess why is it so?
