Is this a known bug in cake php

It indicate that we need to use the read function of cookie like this:
$this -> cookie -> read(Name.key) at line 234 of cake/libs/controller/
components/cookie.php

But it seems we need to use it like:

$this -> cookie -> read(key.Name) to make the function to work...

it seems line 250 and line 251 is not correct.
