how to use: insert on duplicate key

Hi,
i want to use sintax like:
INSERT INTO table (a,b,c) VALUES (1,2,3) ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE c=c
+1;

how to use it?

can i use this->query ??
or i have to set up the model?
