i need advice of plugin to create these site

i have a final project to create website
member can
1.register and login
2.upload download file
3.post article
4.comment file or article
5.search file or article
6.track movement of other member
7.send message to other member
8.give like or dislike score to comment article file
9.change theme
10.allow or not for other member to track , view profile , send
messge
11.search file or article
11.1 search by tag
12.when mouseover on member or file link show popup
13.member got statics of comment, article, upload, download ,give like
or dislike
and last website have got admin section

I' beginner and not experince to create website
and I have four month to create these site
I'm not sure that deadline will be finished or not.
I would use cakephp plugin to create that because i think plugin is
easy to learn and use
but I need advice to list of plugin to create that
