Noting with Firebug I see that get in the face Add petition is:

http://localhost/ubicaciones/cities/obtener_provincias?countryId=1

And in the Edit view is:

http://localhost/ubicaciones/cities/edit/obtener_provincias?countryId=1

not remove the edit and route
