Hi,
I am newbie at Cakephp.i have installed cakephp3 using composer bookmarkrs tutorial from http://book.cakephp.org/3.0/en/tutorials-and-examples/bookmarks/intro.html
after installation, i cake access through localhost/bookmarkrs
But when i want to go any controller like localhost/bookmarkrs/users
it shows below error
I googled many times, i did not get any solutions regarding this.
Could you help me somehow?
