How to grab the entire HTML output of a request

I have a third-party server requesting a url from my app and expecting a strictly defined output format.

I wish to debug the entire output (view + layout) of that request and write it to a file/database/whatever.

Is there a callback which allows me quick access to the entire HTML which is output to the "browser", or client to be exact.

Thanks!
