Problem with Auth redirect in Cake 1.2.3

Hi,
After updating to 1.2.3 I get redirected to urls like this after
login:

http://example.com/?ext=html

The problem looks to be the cause of a fix in AuthComponent that does
not work 100% with parseExtensions. If I comment out parseExtensions
in routes.php the urls are back to normal... but that is not really a
fix.
